I applied for my wife to join me in January 2017.Her biometric done in 1st Week in February. All supporting documents sent to Sheffield 2nd week in February. End of April all documents returned .Also received a letter to say case more complex and additional time needed to make assessment.I have been told that this is normal for home office to do this so that it won't effect their stats. Their target is to give 100 % decision within 60 days. I have called on their premium number twice costing over £25. To be told it still waiting to be assessed. During my second call I asked for my case to be accelerated .I was told this would be done and I should get an answer within 15 working days. It now over 24 working day.i don't know what to do next as I don't want to call them as they will tell me it still waiting and paying over £10 to be told this .Does anyone know how I can complain ?
