Child Registration, Pls help !!!!

Hello, I have been following this forum for years, now I need some help regarding my children.
I have 2 children, one born here(2011) and the other back home (2005). Was married to their mother but we got divorced 2015.
I had my indefinite leave (ILR) here 2016, now I want to apply for their registration to be a British citizen. But I am confused which of the sections apply to each of them and which form to use.
Please I will really appreciate positive contributions please.

UK born child it is section 1(3) of the nationality act,

Born abroad child, it is section 3)(1) of the nationality act

Does the child born in 2005 hold ILR?

Are you also applying for citizenship?

Will the other parent sign consent for the child born in 2005?

Where is the mother and children now?

The child requires ILR before you can register the child as British. Does the child still hold a valid visa??

Child born abroad can only apply when either parent is applying or already has British citizenship.

No issues for UK born child, you can register the child now but not the child born abroad until the above two points apply.

So I need to apply for british citizenship before I can apply for his(born abroad) registration? or he needs to hold ILR s well?

He needs ILR and when he gets that depends on the answer to my question above and what visa they hold and who their sponsor is.

What visa does she currently hold and how long has she held the visa?

You cannot register the born abroad child as British and if the child is a dependent of the mother, they will only qualify for ILR when the mother does and for citizenship when either parent applies or is already British.
