Spouse visa divorce, ways to stay? Or leave checklist?

My current situation is that I found out that my husband have been unfaithful to me for quite some time with somebody from his work. He is not planning to end this up, so there is no choice for me but to give up on trying to fix things, as it is very hard for me emotionally to continue like this.

I would like to ask if there is anything I can do to legally stay here? We've been married and I've got my marriage visa in june 2014. He is british citizen, I am non-eaa citizen.

If there is nothing possible for me to do, could someone help me to figure out what do i need to do to legally leave country. I.e. cancelling all my bills properly, accounts and pension/work etc.

Unless you qualify for one of the Points Based visas (Tier 1 Ent, Tier 2 General, Tier 4) or have UK Ancestry, then no, there isn't any visa you can remain in the UK as your spouse is obliged to inform HO once the relationship breaks down and your visa will be curtailed/cancelled.

Then you only have the Tier 1 Ent, Tier 2 General or Tier 4 student routes if you have no UK ancestry and you would need to look into whether you qualify for any of them.

Note that Tier 4 student visa does not lead to ILR and it limits working to 20 hours per week.
