Do you have a source for this? I didn't notice any evidence of such a subcategory of Romanian visa.

Hi Richard, no, there is no Fiancee Visa for RO. Can you please share your opinion on my latest post?

That is right, there is no Fiancee Visa, yet she still needs one to come into the Country. And those available don't seem to fit the purpose of her visit into Romania.

Trevor, I don't understand... the one I will use is a normal visit visa. What purpose? To visit me, of course. People visit and see each other. It is a normal and natural thing. THer country is a different thing which I really don't want to talk about anymore.

For the 'purpose' I will add all the material that is related to me and her and our long-distance + one time visit start of a relationship.

If it is not ok, I will see her in Beirut, marry her in Tanzania and bring her in the UK (EEA Family Permit) or RO (Spouse Visa) as my wife with all proof that we are married and have a genuine relationship...

Epsilonn,

What is it about the UK Home Office that you don't understand?

The three Syrian musicians based in Austria were meant to accompany the Eurovision song contest winner Conchita Wurst. However, her Musicians were denied Visitor Visas because they are Syrians in spite of the fact that they are Austrian residents. Syria is on the Black List at the UK Home Office because it is not in the interest of the United Kingdom to grant them Visas because of the high risk they pose. Such as granting them Asylum.

What makes you think that you can bring a NON-EU Citizen fleeing Syria into the UK? What is it about you that makes you believe that you can bring someone who married you for the purpose of entering on false pretenses the UK? Bringing into the UK, a NON-EU Citizen that you met for a week over the course of one year during which both of you chatted on the Internet.

Do you really believe that the Home Office will open the gates at the Border to your Internet Girlfriend? That you would have married for the purpose of circumventing Immigration laws because of a marriage of convenience?

This is it, right? A marriage of convenience with someone who had her Visit Visa refused by the Home Office on the basis that you had never met before, and she is from Syria?

The three Syrian musicians based in Austria had their Visit Visas to perform in Scotland refused, because they were from Syria. What make your circumstances different from them?

As before, you have been advised to read through the information that has been provided on this forum to understand what can be done for you to bring her into Europe. Go back to Romania, spend a couple of years married there and then try the UK post Brexit.

This lengthy thread is beginning to feel like 'Groundhog Day'. :|

It is ok now. Thank you all for all the information provided. Funny with the 'Groundhog Day' reference :) .

I know I am asking the same question in many ways as there are so many people advising me here and my problem is not a simple one. So thank you again for your patience.

I will keep you updated as I progress with my story  .

Until then,
Best regards,
Nick

Eurovision-winning Austrian drag queen was due to perform at festival but band members, who are from Syria, denied visas.
