FLR M extension accodmation documents

Hi all
I am due my extension as unmarried partner.
We don't have tenancy agreement with landlord/head tenant.we don't have any bills on our name so was wondering if that's okay ?? Considering We can Manage to get 6 items/letters ( or even more as individuals) on same address proving I live there

My 2nd question is that I woked until June ( total 11 months) as self employee and started working as salaried one since June and by the time I will apply for my extension I will only have 5 months payslip so if you could tell me how do I go about it ?
P.S. Prior to self employement I was working on full time employee.
