@PUSM
What happened to your application? Did you get the FLR M visa on same day? I mean, did they even say you have been approved but the documents will have to be posted later?
Did the section 322 - 5 refusal have any effect in your application?
Please update.

Dear Gurus ,
I have applied my FLR (M) within the 14 days of the admin review refusal of my set O
I have still not receive any decision yet
They hand over application is valid and further inquires to be made
My set O refused for late amendments and they put 322(5) .
Does it have any impact to the FLR (M) and got child and applied BC
all the FLR ( M) eligibility criteria are fit , except this 322(5) for late amendments
I highly appreciate if Vinny or Obie get back on this please !!

Any members ,
Please give your input
I have applied my ILR last year and got refused due to late amendments and they impose 322-5
Now within 14 days of the admin review refusal of previous set O apps I have applied my FLR M via PSC
But home office hold my apps and said further inquiries letter . Now it's nearly 3 weeks still no answers
We have UK born child and registered as British
Please let me know due to my previous ILR refusal under 322-5 do they refuse my FLR M ??
I read the rules of FLR M , its say general ground refusal not apply FLR (M) apps but I how about the suitability criteria FLR (M)
And also my 10 year is due this November 2017

Hi gurus,
Now its nearly 6 months , still I have not received any decision to my FLR M ... I contacted via MP they say its further enquires.....
The only reason they may keep the file because of the previous refusal of 322-5 ILR , but does it affect FLR M (applied within 14 days of the AR refusal) , I have British children and family and all FLR M requirements were clearly reached
Its very unreasonable to keep the file for 6 months
What shall I do ?? go for a PAP
Please advise gurus..

Dear Gurus ,
First of all am thanking for the support your given when am in the hard situation .
Finally I got the BRP for 30 months . But I was confused for they put me 10 years route
They said , my admin review refusal letter printed on 13/07/2017 and I applied 28/07/2017 , so its 15 days gap and I dont not have leave for 1 day due to that they put me 10 years
But my admin refusal received on 15/07/2017 via recorded post ( I got the evidence ) and according to my solicitors the 14 days start from decision received .
Because I have already competed 10 years so that the reason am asking ?
Do I broken my 10 years ????
Please kindly help ....
