Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm living in the UK since 2009 January. I have been working part time for some time and I have finished part time training courses however this was not enough to get the worker status after 2014 April, when the law changed regarding EU immigration and I did not pass the habitual residence test in the Job centre when I tried to access benefits. However I'm suffering from paranoid schizophrenia so I was unable to work full time or keep a job for a long time. I'm 30 years old and my mother lives in the UK since 2007 December and she has been working full time ever since except a period of about 8 months in 2012 when she was a jobseeker. We are from Hungary.
My question is the following:
How would I get qualified as a family member of an other EEA national as I'm over 21 years old and I have read on a website that I got to be under 21 to be a family member of an other EEA national who is my parent. However I have read that too that in some situations they consider older childs too.
Could you help me please?
