Correcting false info in UK Visa Application form

Post by shuwei211 » Wed Aug 09, 2017 11:29 am

Hi, I am applying for a UK Visa (TIER 4) outside UK, and I only found out that I have accidentally omitted one of my travel histories AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE AND THE FORM IS PRINTED, please advise the method to correct it.
I heard that we can correct it by pen, is that true? Do I have to call UKVI?

TQ :D

Many members have done this, myself included.

Presumable you have printed the completed form to submit.

What rules would that be? This is not in the immigration rules, it is common sense and HO is not that unreasonable and understand people are nervous and make errors. Members have corrected things like date of birth, second name, missed out travel etc.

Restart your application or write a covering letter if you must.

Many many members have done corrections by pen and had success.

Good luck.
