Guideline to fill in the FLR(M) Form

Hello Everyone !

I am an ILR applying for my husband and my son's FLR in the UK. I would like to be adviced so as to how to feel in the form.I have filled in most of it but still need to fill a lot.lf anyone can help me please...

And also when I try to fill in the IHS Form, it ask me for my IHS Reference Reference No. I just have NHS No and no IHS No.
What do I fill in. And also my visa expiration date. Do we ILR have visa expiry date or is it the expiry date of the passport??? Desperately need help....please help

It would help if you stated the questions numbers you are struggling with. We can't see what you are doing and would have no idea what to tell you.
