Salary Increment not reported

Post by AJ56 » Mon Aug 14, 2017 4:09 pm

Hello everyone,

I have been reading about a number of instances about people’s ILR applications being held up at PEO offices due to unreported or significant changes in salary, which is making me worried about my own application which is coming up shortly. To sum up my history, I last applied for a renewal of my current Tier 2 visa in late 2014 where my salary was £31,500.

Since then I have received three pay rises in April of each of the following years; 2015 (raised to £34,000), 2016 (raised to £36,000), and 2017 bringing my salary to £37,500 as of April this year. As these were considered annual pay rises not constituting any significant change or reflecting any shift in my position, my manager did not report these via the SMS.

Will this be a problem? I have been eligible to apply for ILR since January this year and am planning to apply in Croydon next month.

Please advise.

Why have you registered as a new user when you already have an existing username where you have been given advice on the same question?
