ILR (1Parent) Any Benefit Claims

Hi

I recently got my ILR (20 May 2017) and my husband is PBS Dependent and will be on this category till 2020 until he gets his ILR. My child is holding British Passport since 20/07/2017 who is one year old. I was on Tier 2 general visa when my son born.I havent claimed any benefits till now.Can any one help me to what extent i can claim the benefits without considering my partner as he is still on PBS Dependent status.
Any help on this would be quite helpful.

if you are the main applicant and already got your ILR. I guess you can claim child benefit.call HMRC and ask them if you are eligible to claim child benefit and if so they might ask you send your/child passport with birth certificate and your Biometric showing ILR.
