About premium service

Post by Icesoft » Fri Aug 18, 2017 9:26 am

Dear All

Just wanted to check if my wife could use premium service to apply for ILR.

She got Dependant visa(under my tier 1 investor but I have already got my ILR) at the moment and will be eligible to apply for ILR soon.

The problem is that from the Gov website I saw that people under Tier 1 investor could not use Premium service(I assume this is just for main applicants), But im not sure if people holding dependant visa under tier 1 investor would be any different.

Please let me know.

Thanks very much for your help

Regards
