Tier 2 dependant visa address problem

Hello, i am going to apply for tier 2 visa soon and want to apply for my wife at the same time. My wife has been living with me in a city which has not listed in our passport. But our permanent address is the same.
my wife's police clearance certificate is from an aaddress which is old and listed as present address in her passport.

my questionss are:
1. does the contact address in the tier 2 application need to be the same as the present address and need to are:

2. doess the address in police clearance needed to be the same as any one of the address in passport?

PS: changing addrssses in passports is a lengthy and troublessome process, thats why i had not tried to change them
