I applied it in Rome in 4th May and I attached everything it was required such as payslips, bank documents, family status and so on. And as i said i received just my passport and nothing else.dan1988uk wrote:Give more information please: where did you apply? Which documents did you attach? If it's refused there should be a letter included in the envelope.
UK Gov website shows me that a decision has been made in 16 August and TLSconact shows me that the application process is fully completed. Furthermore I did not have to go to Rome to collect the passport as I purchased the return service. I do not know what to do now... so upset.dan1988uk wrote:It doesn't look like refused, it's like they returned the passport but not all the rest. My wife applied in Rome as well last February, but we went to collect the envelope there. You should have a reference number, did you check online what is the status?
Do you advice me to email them again and spending 6,5€?dan1988uk wrote:You should receive all the documents in the same envelope as the passport, and if the Permit is refused it should be a letter that explains the reasons.
I'm struggling to follow this...nahid96 wrote:I live here in Italy with my father who has Italian passport and I am 20.

Who's in the UK and who is exercising a treaty right in this scenario?
My father has Italian nationality anf if I had received the permit I would have gone to the UK with him.dan1988uk wrote:You should contact them, because what you are saying about the envelope and the passport is not normal. But who are you going to the UK with?
But in your previous threads you say you have a spouse and a 20 year old son? Are you posting under someone else's account because if you are not only is it very frustrating when you only give half a story, it's against the board T's & C's I believe.nahid96 wrote:Wanderer wrote:I'm struggling to follow this...nahid96 wrote:I live here in Italy with my father who has Italian passport and I am 20.

Anyway I wil try to send them an email and let's see if they could give me any reasons.
Sorry for the confusion but the first threads were submitted by my father and my mother's applications is still in processing.Wanderer wrote:But in your previous threads you say you have a spouse and a 20 year old son?
