UK Visit Visa for my parents

Hey Guys... What is the procedure for applying a visit visa for my parents in India... I am currently on TIer2 Visa and need to sponsor my parents for them to apply their UK Visit Visa....
1) What are the documents needed from my end to be given to them.
2) Do you guys have a template of the sponosorship letter and invitation letter.
3) Do we need to attest the Sponsorship letter by anyone like municipality or any other agency.
