Hi all am new to forum my name is Ahmed I hv Ben in uk for last eight years with my wife and kids my elder daughter is 5 years old and younger 3 yrs both born in U.K. I hv applied EEA EFM visa and last week I hv received a liability for detention letter from home office I hv never been illegal in this country though am been fighting for visa since 2014 don't understand y did they sent me this letter asked my solicitor she said its normal jst go don't miss signing but how it's normal as I hv still pending application with home office any 1 can help me with this tnx

2014 psw expired applied tier 1 enterpreneur rejected apeal rejected 2016 applied fresh tier 1 application rejected applied jr and then 2017 April withdrew jr and applied eea efm visa and last week got liability for detention letter
