6 Years Discreationary Leave Settlement

hi

my uncle was given discretionary leave in on 15th Nov 2011 for 3 years(date on home office letter) but he got his BRP card 8th December 2011and then extension for further 3 years.He wants to apply for Settlement now .
The expiry of current DL is 8th December 2017

Questions:-

1- can he book same day premium service

2- What is the earliest date he can apply for ILR ...is it the date of HO letter or date on BRP card

3- Is SET(O) form is right form please advice

2. He can apply no sooner than within 28 days before reaching 6 years on DLR. What is the date on his BRP card? You state he received it on 8th December but don't state the valid from date.

The date on approval letter from home office is 15th November 2011 but the start date on BRP card is 08/12/2011 .Current expiry is 08/12/2017

the start date must be 15/11/2011 I believe ...

he is also married with British national will he be able to apply for naturalisation immediately after his ILR.He has been married for 10 years now.
