Guys! I just got my passport, with successful visa.

This was my timeline:

28 August : Biometrics Appointment
29 August : Application received at Sheffield
12 September : Expect delays email
14 September : Called UKVI Enquiry number. Was told it's under processing, and wait till 15 working days are completed.
19 September : Passport arrived email. Received with a valid visa. (16 working days from biometric, 15 days from application being received at Sheffield).

I didn't. I only received the collection email from VFS.

you should expect a response within 15 working days from the day of your biometrics. i applied on 15th in lahore and received confirmation on 18th. no further emails received yet

my course start date is 25th september(as written in CAS), my classes actually start on 2nd october and last date of joining course is 13th october. I had a 10 min interview as well and they didnt ask me too many questions either. if they require a second interview, they will email us or call us for that. yeah you should get the passport back by next week so good luck with that. which uni have u applied to ?

I know a lot of students are facing issues with their visa delays. I applied for tier4 general student and my husband applied as my dependent on same day. Here is our case,
Course start date: 12th September
Our application date :24th July
Our Biometrics and interview : 27 July
UKVI received our case : 4th August
I got my Application processed email: 21st August
I got my Tier 4 student visa : 29 August
So on 18 August my husband got email regarding delay in processing.
We are still waiting for his decision. We called and emailed UKVI several times, they say your application has been escalated.
My vignette sticker expires on 19th September. I can't travel alone. If I go alone before 19th and my husband's visa gets refused what will I do? In that case my university fee will not be refunded. There is no way i will stay in UK for a whole year or so without my husband.
We are really disturbed and worried because of this whole process. Anyone else with same situation?

Hey I alsso didnt get the decision email but I got told its decided 19 sept.... i got non straightforward email on 15 sept but no interview. Have u ever got refused a visa beforev why they called u for 2nd interview?

Thanks. I called them near 7:15 (Pak Time) and asked straight away to be updated with the status of my Tier 4 visa. He asked for GWF number only and said that decision is made and you will receive call from VFS sortly.

Now its weekend and I am hoping to be contacted in coming week.

InshAllah! Do you know when exactly was the decision made? I am planning to call them again but also scared because everytime they say it hasn't been decided I become more depressed and lose any hope that I have

@Faizan, UKVI contact center does not share the visa decision but they just share the visa status whether it is decided, in process or not yet processed.
Do not worry about the delay. The applications are being cleared off quickly. I hope you wll getnews on via in coming week.

The university can tell you if your visa has been granted or refused. My university emailed me on Wednesday telling me that my visa has been granted.
Received email from UKVAC to collect my passport today and I got visa .
So you can check with ur university.

My start date on cas was 12 sep i think. However the uni email me saying I can come to the uni till 16th of October. I sent the email along with the visa documents.
