Date Mismatch Pay Slips and Pay into the bank

Dear Experts,

I am on Tier 2 visa and my ILR is due in a couple of months

I have noticed that my payslips are dated last day of the month but we get paid sometimes a week early than the date in the payslip.. Will that be an issue for the ILR application?

Not an issue, this is normal in most businesses.
