my job description, staffs list, chart and one tier 2 holder got last year dec and he wants his approved paper too because there was non on file. thats why wee bit worried otherwise he said he is satisfied other document of company and my work. hopefully before christmas then we can visit our family after 8.5 years on January

No I still haven't got any updates from HO. its been 3 weeks now and still waiting. If you got the positive responses from HO then definitely you will get ILR approved within few weeks.

hopefully you will hear soon from home office. make sure you have last 3 months payslips and bank statements ready. case worker kept my same day ILR application for further checks then my employer's license got suspended after HO visit. UKVI reinstated the license after few months.

I received a letter from caseworker to send last 3 months payslips and bank statements so he can decide my application.

We heard last Wednesday I think, it was just an email! They came to check us 1,5 weeks before that.. So they're working quite quick, it's just the ILR HO business is so slow and frustrating.

Still not from my side too. I rang to home office last tuesday, I had been told my application are considered just waiting for final decision. but going to contact MP tomorrow. Hopefully get the decision soon. regards.

I have called twice on this number 0300 123 2241, first time the lady said we can't do anything and second time another lady asked me my case number and she checked n told me that.
