In Australia, you only apply through Births, Deaths and Marriages when the relationship is over and you no longer want to have the civil union. However, if either party dies or remarries the certificate is already null and voided automatically and doesn't have to be registered with Queensland BDM. Would an email suffice to say that it has been recorded for the UK visa as there is no certificate because the marriage certificate has been provided to Queensland BDM instead?
I dunno for sure, just these things are tick boxes, no tick, no visa in my experience.Ukkeegan wrote: ↑Tue Aug 22, 2017 6:01 pmIn Australia, you only apply through Births, Deaths and Marriages when the relationship is over and you no longer want to have the civil union.
