flr(m) refused

Dear all

I am new to this board and required some assistance in my case .
I have applied for settlement in 2014 jan as i am married to british citizen .
Before that i had applied for enterpreneur visa which was initially refused and in court appeal was allowed .
But unfortunately accountant i used in my enterpreneur application he was arrested in relation of helping with funds to non eu people to apply for enterpreneur visa when ukba arrest him from his office they took all files and one of them it was mine .
And it took them 2 years to give me decition on my family application and i got in 2016 and it was refused by saying i used falsified package of documents to get visa therefore they cannot give me furthur leave to remain .

And i lost appeal as well in first tier tribunal today reasons same judge is not satisfied with me .

Now we are due to have our first child . After that how strong my case will be in upper tribunal with child involved .
