ILR for dependent: Documents

hi Team,

I would be applying for ILR during Q2 2019 through the Tier 2 General(5 year route).
My spouse would be applying for ILR on Q2 2020(as he joined me in the UK an year later)
I read somewhere that PBS dependents need to submit their utility bills/council tax statements etc. to prove that we are living together all 5 years. As of now all the Utility bills are in my name and hence am a bit worried about it.
Could you please provide the comprehensive list of documents that would be required for a PBS dependent spouse.
(He has voting rights as we both are registered with the council in the same address, however we still receive the council tax bill in my name only. Tenancy agreement has both our names from 2016.)

It's only last two years of cohabitation evidence, from 3 different sources/bills/etc

Thank you ZImba88. So again to clarify 1) Rental agreement 2) Internet bill 3) bank statement of his account with the same home address will suffice? (the first 2 being from 2018, 2019 & 2020 & last one the latest)
