Husband got the call to pick up his passport end of July and came in to London in August 2018.

Passport request was 27 June 2018.

First Tier Tribunal in London was March 2018 and received determination from court end of March 2018.

Refused in 2015.

Hi
Long story short i had appeal on 23 feb 2019 on my eea fm application refusal. HO said its marriage of convenience
I provided everything before hearing.
On hearing day HO didn't send anyone. Judge said there was nothing in my refusals only baseless allegations. I had only immigration history bad because i had applied so many applications. Judge didn't ask me even a single question only my barrister asked me n my wife n my witnesses few questions.
I am just worried is there anything to worried or not because judge said he gonna send me in couple of days and i still didn't receive anything from court

Hello friends.
I made a papers appeal and it was dismissed in first tier tribunal so I applied to upper tribunal and my hearing date was 11 March. I received a letter from court on 20 march giving decision that judge allowed my appeal and set aside the first tier tribunal s decision. Does anyone have such experience of getting appeal allowed by upper tribunal? One friend told me that although upper tribunal s judge made a decision I should expect that my case will be heard again in first tribunal? Please any advices

I won my appeal in December 2018 and the judge asked home office to pay a small fee .

I was asked by UKVI in February 2019 to submit my passport. I’ve submitted the passport but I haven’t received any news.

I haven’t even received IHS link or the award fee ordered by the judge. I’ve sent 3 escalation requests to UKVI and my Mp also sent them an email for escalation. Still no IHS link or award fee

My Husband’s Appeal was allowed on 1st March 2019. Since then its been 135 days (27weeks) . Still waiting! Ive sent three emails and recieved back only one reply on all:
Thank you for your enquiry. Your appeal is in a queue waiting to be reviewed. To ensure a fair service to appellants and sponsors, these appeals are reviewed in strictly chronological sequence based upon submission date. Progress on this work stream is reviewed regularly.
its been almost 6 months and my solicitor doesn’t know why its taking so long .

Try contacting the Court where the appeal was heard to find out if homeoffice appealed the Judge's original decision
