Proof of 2 years cohabitation: Types of Documents Accepted.

I was wondering, what type of documents would be acceptable that could be used for proof of cohabitation. Aside from the usually accepted ones.

Could these be used as proof in single or joint names:

Credit Card statements
College Letters
Any Bank letters(I. E terms and conditions changes, charges, updates to details, new credit card details etc, apart from statements)
Housing association letters
Registered for council tax purposes since xx-xx-xxxx Confirmation letter(to be fair this would go back more than 2 years)
online statemnts that are printed
Online Paid bills that are addressed and named

Would any of these be accepted forms of proof either in single names or joint names that there is valid cohabitation?
