Naturalisation - referees not related to each other

Hi,

I could not find this question (or a forum search option:/). I am aware that the referees used in my naturalisation application (Form AN) cannot be related to each other.

If both of them live together and are boyfriend and girlfriend only - would they meet the 'not related' requirement? They are not engaged or married. They meet the remaining requirements.
