WHEN VISA IS GRANTED ONLY 30days given to exit out of cntry

Hi can anyone advise us pls!

My husband resides in Cairo and I have applied for a spouse visa for him, if he is granted the visa he will be given only 30 days to leave, it will take about 55 days for him to complete all the neccssaty oaperowkrs like cancelling his residency card. He won't be allowed to leave the country until this is done, what can we do to extend the 30 days given? He has had 2 friends who were granted their spouse visas and who had refugee residency cards and did not complete the Egyptians requirement within 30 days and had to reply for their visas we are trying to avoid this and would like to know how we can apply for more than 30 days to leave? Unless he stated a date of departure up to 3 months in advance, if he does not enter the UK within the 30 days, he will have to apply for a new 30 day visa vignette which costs £168. You cannot apply for 'more than 30 days visa vignette'.

Or, he can come to the UK, pick up his BRP card and then return to Egypt to complete the formalities.

The problem the immigration at Cairo airport will not let him leave as his friend was denied because of incomplete paperwork for the Cairo immigration not uk. I did not request 3 months
