Appealing a Home Office decision- represent yourself or lawyer up? and Consequences?

Post by greatscott » Tue Sep 12, 2017 2:59 pm

Anyone have advice on how to appeal an EEA PR decision (or an appeal in general for that matter).

Did you represent yourself or lawyer up?

Is the tribunal's decision final and no further chance of appeal?
If you have no money is there legal aid?
If you have no money to leave or split the family up with dignity, do you get sent to a detention centre?

How do we pay for our flights out of the country or does the government pay to remove us?
