need help and advice

Hello ,
I have family permit visa ,it will finish. Next November. I have permanent job . My wife have zero contract hour and have two month and half month pay slip . She pregnant and she will stay in home because she is so tired . We can apply for residence and take it so fast by in way or she became not qualified after she stay in home . And we will never take residence me and her .
Pls help me
