FLR (M) Requirements!

Hello respectable members,

I need your help in relation with FLR M visa for my wife.
I have got ILR in Jan,2017 on long residency but my wife is still on Tier 1 dependent visa. I was on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa before my ILR and my wife got Tier 1 dependent visa. I didn't switched my wife status till now as I wasn't qualified for income £18,600.
We have one daughter as well who got British passport.
Now I'm planning to apply my wife spouse visa FLR M by the end of next month as I will get my 6th payslip next month. At the moment I am employed and getting £19,400 salary. And I will go on premium service as we are traveling in November thou.

Can you guys tell me what exactly requirements are for FLR M visa. What documents exactly I should submit with application. As i cant take a risk by applying myself as I mentioned above we are travelling in November so has to get this visa done next month.
Please reply me by full details of FLR M requirements.
Btw she has already passed A2 about couple of months ago.

Suggest do that and if you then have any questions post them here. You should do some of the legwork, you have had 8 months since you got ILR.

from your question my query is cleared in some extent that after getting ILR wife can stay on Tier 1 Entrepreneur till June 2018 and apply spouse then not within 28 days after ILR

Thanks for your reply. Well i have gone through manytime. Reason I asked you I need to double check from you as sometime we don't understand the wording what exactly they mean.

Anyhow, I can make point for you which confused me. But kindly you send me documents list so I don't forget anything to attach please.

I have been earning £19,400/annum and employed for last 5 months. And my wife work as well earning £6000 per annum as she work only part time and employed for last 6 months almost. Is it better for me to show only my income to fullfil financial requirements? Or should I show both?

Secondly, what KINGSTON nd of employment letterndo I need it?

Thirdly, I will get 5 months statements from bank but 6th month statement i will have to get printed out from branch as I wont be having enough time to wait for original statement to delivered. Will it be acceptable as it will be printed out in branch.

I understood they require 12 form of proof of residency/cohabitation. Will it be less then 3 months old ?
I have tenancy agreement, water bill and council tax bill on both of us name. Will it be could 6 form of id right. I need 6 more if I am not wrong. So 3 my name and 3 wife name. I will do payslip , bank statements etc is it right?

Do I need to submit my original passport as well as my daughter passport? Is it compulsory?
My wife done A2 test I assumed it's acceptable.

Hope you understand my query now. It will be really thankful to you if you please answer my query.

Lastly, if you manage to get me cover letter for FLR (M) visa would be really appreciated.

CR001 please do let me know asap. One more thing wanted to add. Do I need any maintenance? As far as I know not required for FLR M but still better to double check with you seniors thou.

As I have said, read the form, it tells you exactly what you need to submit.

You need cohabitation documents for the 2 years prior to date of application. Only having documents that are less than 3 months old will likely not be sufficient.

6 months banks statement, postal ones or branch printout is fine. Plus the corresponding 6 months paylsips.

There is no 'cover letter template' for FLR(M), a letter is also not needed as the form has all the detail HO want.

If you apply by post, photocopy of your passport and ILR BRP is fine and child's.

Employment letter must simply state your position, how long you have been employed and what your salary is etc.

I'm so sorry to. Bother you again and again. I'm still very much worried about correspondence letters. I went through application form and they asking atleast 2 years proof of residency. Its mean i should start from end of 2015 right. I am not worried about myself as I have enough letter on my name but my wife doesn't have much on her name in 2015. All I can provide NHS correspondence letter in 2015, will it be enough? In 2016 i do have her NI letter , tenancy agreement and council bills through out the year and in 2017 I have enough as well thou.

Kindly, go through evidences below I will be attaching with application.

1) NHS letters dated May , 2015. Also Oct, 2015 aswell
2) Council tax April, 2016
3) N. I letter May,2016
4) Bank statement (Printed in branch) Sep, 2016
5) Water bill oct, 2016 (Joint name).
6) Bank letter Nov, 2016
7) Tenancy agreement Jan ,2017
Tenancy agreement July, 2017
9) Payslips

..........And Water bill recent.

Will these will be enought to fulfill 6 individual correspondence requirements? Obviously I will provide my 6 documents proof as well.

Please do let me know if you think it wont be sufficient and advice what to do.

Stop twisting the advice you were given. If you read the advice you have been given, it clearly states that your spouse can stay on her current visa provided she DOES NOT travel outside the UK. It also states that the sooner you apply, the sooner the clock starts on FLR(M).

Thanks for your response CR001. Well I have got few letters on my name in 2015 but still couldn't find for my wife name. I requested council to send me 2015 bill. But they said they cannot send bill for 2015 as its too late now but they have send me letter saying that my wife were registered at this address with me in 2015. Will it be enough? As its from Council tax office confirming that me and my wife living on this adresss since 2015 to 2017???

I called council for providing me 2015 bills but they can't give for 2015 but instead they send me a letter which clearly states me and my wife been living on property since 2015 to 2017 with name on it. Is it fine now as i got nhs letter and this council letter for 2015. ??
