Visit visa after spouse visa refusal (awaiting appeal hearing)

Post by Appeal32011 » Sat Sep 16, 2017 6:02 pm

Hi, I want to ask about the chances of getting a visiting visa after a spouse visa refusal. I was refused under the 320 (11), and I'm currently waiting for get a court date, which I understand can take up to a year or more.

Probably no chance really as you have stated your intention to settle in the UK and UKVI may well take the view that you are trying to bypass the more stict spouse visa by applying for a visitor visa simply to get to the UK.

Also the refusal under 320(11) will apply for a visitor visa application.
