I had a court order saying that mother should make our son available to spend time with me fortnightly.
But it's still supervised and the case still going for fact finding hearing for her allegations.
Will that matter if it's supervised or not?
I submitted flrfp last week and just had the hearing 2 days ago and waiting for to receive the order from the court to send it to the home office.

Any advice???
