December 2017 i will complete my 6 years logically according to Home office site
you could apply 28 days before you qualifying period but i will apply after 6 years will have completed

only problem could not decide best solicitor, most off them have less knowledge then this forum people

It is debatable, you could say it comes down to the person making the application and their understanding and interpretation of the immigration rules, then again it is always best to go with one that is OISC registered. Even then I would imagine solicitors get it wrong when making the application.

Again if your application is straightforward and considering the circumstances are the same that prevailed at the time of initial grant of DLR, and the fact that you pass the criminality threshold checks it isn't at all difficult and I would imagine you don't require a solicitor for it.

Again every application is different and presents their own set of circumstances that UKVI must deal accordingly and fairly, unfortunately that can take time in these matters.

Best of luck to you guys and remember these forums and the mods as well as the active community are truly incredible in their wealth of knowledge and help.

Without it I don't think I could progress this far in my understanding of the immigration laws and rules.

Again Thank you to all and the mods past and present that have contributed. Lets get back on topic now 😉
These are my 'views' and 'opinions'.
If in doubt always seek professional advice, or at least do a search for the relevant information. :P

If i make any mistakes, You are more than welcome to correct me.

Hi Mkhari bro

I had a meeting last week one of Solicitor in London she said I can use premium service without any doubts on SET O form she concluded some cases recently which all comes under transitional arrangement which is same as our cases and it is clearly written on home office website who can use PERIMIUM SERVICE so I made my mind clear I would make my application through PEO with the help of Solicitor.
Lots of fee involve just application fee is about 2297 plus on the top PEO FEE etc.
If you can read any form there is clearly written please do not apply before 28 Days this is the information for us when to apply so if you extend your leave on time and home office took time to decide your case it comes in your favour in accordance with section 3C (2).
I will apply right after 6 years bro.

She will need to have completed 6 years (minus 28 days) before she can apply. She would most likely not be able to apply with you.

I think up to 42 days In advance, but remember your booking must be or within 28 days of you completing your qualifying period.

You can choose any centre of course if it has your chosen date available.
