Tier 2 General Child dependent

Post by Al33 » Sat Sep 23, 2017 2:46 pm

Hi,

My daughter was born in UK but we went Pakistan without applied her visa. Me and my wife has visa till 2019.

I have two questions:

1) do we need to do her TB test, as she is only 9 months old and been living here in UK untill 01-09-2017(On this date we went Pakistan)

2) Will home office only grant her 1 month visa? what if i put date of travel as 01-12-2017?

Thanks

TB test not required:
"you lived for at least 6 months in a country where TB screening is not required by the UK, and you’ve been away from that country for no more than 6 months"

30 day vignette with BRP to be collected from the designated Post Office within 10 days

Thanks very much appreciated.

Will they give 30 days visa from the date we put as a date of travel?
for example, if we put 01-11-2017 as date of travel , will they give us visa till 30-11-2017??

Thank you

In theory they should. You can request a departure date no more than 3 months ahead.
