I’m applying ILR for Dependant for my Wife & son, I got my ILR through Tier 2 ICT (fist issued in 2009 then extended until 2016) then switched to Tier 2 General then got my ILR in 2016. My wife and son where on Tier 2 ICT dependant from 2011 to 2016 then switched to Tier 2 General dependant when applied my T2 general.
I’m using SET O form for dependant application and I have some doubts in the application,
1. Section-1: My wife is the main applicant and son dependant.. right?
2. Section-3: Section B category is Tier 2 dependant.. right?
3. Section-5: She is not working, so 5.3 is NO, 5.4 NO ??
SOC is not applicable.
5.6 Can I write my monthly salary and submit my 3 months payslip and bank statement.. right?
4. Section-6: 6.2 I have filled the dates they were away from UK, but 6.3 she is not working so should I select this option ” Letter from applicant detailing reasons for absence..”??
And they were away for 70 days in 2012 < 90 days, won’t be any problem right??
Section 8B to 9 (page 66) is not required?
Section-10 & Secion-11 no doubts.
5. Section 12: Your Finances, I can submit my pay slip, bank statement??
12B to 12L not applicable.??
Please let me know if I missed anything, I’m planning for postal application.
