Pasport Stolen in Pakistan

Hi. i have an aunty whose husband had died about 2 years ago she has been in UK since 2010 and has indefinate stay on her Pakistan passport recently this month her step son age 33 has taken her to Pakistan and dumped her there without her passport or any documents, she does not have any details of her Passport number or any other document except for one NHS card. Can she come back to UK and what is the procedure in getting a new Passport and again having Indefinate remain on it so she can return here to UK without proof of any documents except the NHS card Thanks.
