The application was rejected the first time (because of the ex-ID), so I submitted again explaining better on the cover letter. This time has been accepted.

My update and wait doesn’t stop

First application for eea pr rejected due to no Id for ex.
Judicial review lost from upper tribunal stating havnt made effort to obtain the id

Made new application got rejected for not having valid passport

Applied with new passport with attempt to contact via emails and also a photocopy of ex passport.

Hello everyone, I would like to share my experience. I just received my Permanent residence today.
Application submit- 10th December
Payment taken- 12th December
Biomatric given -3th January
PR granted- 11th January
Got letters and passport back- 14th January
BRP Card received- still waiting.
It’s a bit strange that I got the decision within 1 month.

Very important to mention my retained rights was refused twice last year. So I applied for PR directly.
