Spouse Visa From Bangladesh

Hi everyone, i have some queries about spouse visa of a family member of EEU national as i am going to apply for husband's visa in the next month,those are as follow
-do my marriage certificate needs to be notarized/attested by foreign ministry of bangladesh?
-Time Period for the Validity of Marriage Certificates when applying for a visa to join family in the UK.
-Time Period for the Validity of my employer's letter when applying for a visa
