Hello
i hold an ILR visa.
I recently got married, about a month ago, my wife holds a UK visiting visa(expires in 4 years) as she comes and goes for work and personal travel,etc.
Can she apply for a spousal visa here in the UK or must she apply from her home country

It's not permitted to apply for a spouse visa while in the UK as a visitor. She will have to submit the application from her home country.
(Casa, not CR001)

Did you get married in an HO approved Registry office giving the required 28 days notice etc. or was it a religious marriage?
