Decreasing hours of one employee just before extension

Hello Friends
I am decreasing hours of one employee as not getting good business, and I am also applying for extention in NOV. but for visa requirement my two employee worked more than 18 months full time till now. Just want to ask will it affect on my extention application,
2- as i employee and contracted for 32.5 per week, if I want to decrease hours, do i need to do seprate agreement. is there any legal right of employee, how can i do that concerns all legal issues.
please guidance will be appriciated.

This has nothing to do with Tier 1E rules. Tier 1E rules require you to show that you created at least two full time positions for at least a year to get extension/ILR. They do not dictate how to run your business or how to set their hours.

As Zimba said this has nothing to do with immigration.
As to legal issues, have a chat with a lawyer. UK has some pretty good protection rules for employees, so unless you had a good contract drawn up initially, you could have some risks.
