Delayed BRP - how to contact Visa Centre in Solihull?

Hello,

I have applied for a spouse visa on 18/09/17 at the Premium Visa Service in Solihull. I was told the same day that my application was successful, collected my documents and the letter and was told that I would receive my BRP within 7 working days, i.e. by 27/09/17. It has been 12 days and I still haven't received my BRP. I have tried contacting the DX Courier - they don't have anything under my name. I have used the online service to report that the BRP wasn't delivered in time and I have tried calling all the phone numbers I could find in the internet. Today, I have received an e-mail saying that if a Premium Service Centre (PSC) was attended to receive the outcome of my application, I should contact the PSC attended. Does anybody know a phone number or an e-mail for Solihull's visa centre?

Has anyone had any success in getting any sensible information from a living human being about how to get your brp asap? I know people here have waited for much longer than 12 days, but I have a flight on Friday (non-transferable and non-refundable, of course)...and I'm really losing all hope.
