Together everything took 1.5 month. Got negative - then solicitor made pre-action protocol about JR and sent to the HO - then HO has withdrawn the decision. Have to fight for a long time else.

Just to update. My solicitor had sent pre-action protocol to the Home Office (HO) about Judicial review (JR) and HO has withdrawn the negative decision and now has to make a new decision positive or negative within 3 month. I very wonder if to be honest ^_^

Hi, any response regarding your fresh claim? I did further submissions in May 2017 in Liverpool. It's nearly a year now, without any response from the Home Office. My solicitor wrote a complaint letter beginning of February and the home office replied on the 9th of March that they will make a decision within 3 months. I'm a single mother of two British children age 1 and 2. This waiting is just too much with no recourse to public funds.

Hey guys,

Have you had any updates from the Home Office yet? I have submitted my fresh asylum (further submission) 3rd August 2017 and haven't heard anything back from the HO!

Anyone knows what to do?
