Documents Required for 10 year ilr from Tier 1 entrepreneur

Hi,

I was reading all the related questions and replies. I have got some very helpful informations from those. Thanks for sharing ur experiences here.

My case is here ,

came to Uk as student in 2008 January end, 2 times extended my student visa in time and all were approved. later applied for PSW in time , that approved too .

In 2013, applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur , was called for interview, refusal letter received after a month . Appealed against the decision in first tribunal, appeal allowed , later Ho went against the approval . Went to the upper court again, and won the case . all were in time and Even the all appeals were in date . it was joint 50k route .

Now in 2 months by December 2017 , as per the information I got from here I can apply for my Ilr( 28 days before) . If anyone on the same situation , please provide the required documents for the 10 year Ilr. I have invested around 80K , have 3 full time and 2 part time employees for last 12 months. my current visa is expiring on august 2018 .
what is the possibility to get the visa on same day if we go for premium service ? Anyone here , have experience HO hold the application in same day services ? if any , what are the reasons or question they ask ?

please help me , as I have booked my ticket for January 2018 for a emergency legal appointment in india, so bit worried.

You need to have all passports, English language evidence as well as Life in the UK pass and SET(LR) form. You can apply in person at PSC. I also suggest to have evidence of funds and directorship with you in case asked to provide it

Can u plz tell , what kind of fund evidence you meant ? Evidence for investment of 50k or any other funds ?
So I need only these documents ? Anyone herr got same approval for tier 1 entrepreneur to 10 year ilr ?
I couldn't find any related case of my situation. If u have any , plz post the link here .

These documents are not required but juts have them at hand. Companies accounts showing you invested and you are actively trading.
I remember few cases who managed it, it should be straightforward

When I called a solicitor , I been informed that they will charge £800 for the application preparation. ? What you think , is it ok I fill the application by myself rather than giving £800 just to fill the form and taking premium service ?

We cannot recommend you to do anything in that regards. It is up to you
