I am applying for my extension visa and would like to know if the accounts compilation report has got the following documents:

1. Company information
2. Director's Report
3. Accounts Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet
4. Accountant's Certification letter

Pretty much yes - but you should talk to your accountant and confirm that what they are giving meets the requirement set out in the guidelines

Accounts compilation report is the accountant's report which is within the full accounts.
It is automatically with the full accounts. It does not contain any documents as you mentioned.
