Process to obtain Medium Of Instruction Certificate

Hello All,

I had graduated from LITAM college which is affiliated to JNTUK, Andhra Pradesh, India.

If anyone aware of Medium of Instruction Certificate procedure, Could you please let me know the procedure on how to get MOI certificate from university.
