Canadian applying for UK Fiance visa

Hi There!

A little background information on my application:

I am applying to move to the UK to live with my fiance. We have recently become engaged and I am applying using the priority visa service to hopefully speed things along! We met while I was living in the UK on a Tier 5 visa and am now back in Canada applying for this. My application package includes the following, please let me know if I've missed anything:

Applicants Details:
Letter of Introduction
Application from Online
Appendix 2 VAF4A
Current Passport
Old passport
Two passport sized photographs

Sponsor Details:
Letter of Intent
Copy of Passort

Evidence of Financial Requirement:
Sponsors P60 (makes well over £18600)
6 months payslips up to recent month

Evidence of Accommodation:
Deed to Home (in sponsors name)
Home Inspection Report

Proof of Relationship:
Photos together
Flights visiting each other
Proof we used to live together when I was in the UK
Screenshots together
Screenshots announcing our engagement to friends and family

Proof of intention to wed:
Email chain with registrar (need to be there for deposit)
Photo of engagement ring on application
Copy of M10 forms
Copy of Witness forms

Have I missed anything crucial? I don't want too much unnecessary information in my application but I don't want to be refused over something silly.

Letter of introduction from applicant is not required but can be included if you have already written one.

Sponsor Details:
Letter of Intent
Copy of Passort
Sponsor copy needs to be certified by a solicitor

Evidence of Financial Requirement:
Sponsors P60 (makes well over £18600)
not required but can be submitted

6 months payslips up to recent month
should be original and not online printed one and
you also need to provide
6 month original bank state statements
Employment contract
Employment letter detailing all employment details stamped and signed

all financial documents should not be older than 28 days of online application submission

Evidence of Accommodation:
Deed to Home (in sponsors name)
Home Inspection Report
you also need to provide

Mortgage statement if applicable
Council tax and any utility bill



Proof of Relationship:
Photos together
Flights visiting each other
Proof we used to live together when I was in the UK
