So why did you apply for visas and extensions stating you are single?

All you have done is cast doubt on your spouses application now and the 'genuineness' of your relationship.

I will just call it stupid now but my wife was not living with me here and not there she was with her parents as they were seriously ill and also died later it was more like fiance relationship she recently joined my family and now when I was calling her this is whats happening also they didn't see it in 1st place ? Now v sent the passport for visa as told n all of sudden they come up with this ! Also we didn't do anything illegal this whole process has become painful at its highest level!
