Dear Members,
I had come to the UK on a TIER 2 ICT LONG TERM STAFF MIGRANT visa and brought my daughter on TIER 2 ICT LONG TERM STAFF CHILD visa.
We both applied in Chennai on the same day and got our visas.
While mine had a decision letter along with the vignette (UK Entry Clearance), My daughter's did not have a decision letter, her vignette (UK Entry clearance) was only stamped PBS dependant Work Permitted, No Public Funds.
When i went to pick up our BRP cards, Mine was available and her was not.
Only then i came to know about her decision letter not coming through.
I had mailed BRPCollection@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk.
I got a reply stating her visa was less than 6 months and i had to mail BRPError@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
I mailed to that address as well from where i got the below reply and nothing else
