Biometric enrollment letter not yet received - time to panic?

Post by Mugen » Sun Oct 22, 2017 12:29 pm

HI!
I've submitted MN1 BC application for my son on 3rd of October, this is my timeline
- post1550443.html#p1550443.
I can see that others already received received letters with biometrics who applied after me, even people from my borough post1551522.html#p1551522 - shall I make a call to HO to check if the letter not lost in the post? My postman recently changed and he is complete weirdo - often I receive letters for someone else with wrong address etc.
I know biometric letter has expiry date and I dont want my application to be rejected because someone else mistake.
What do you think, guys?

That is the email address for EEA/EU applications and not for citizenship.

nationalitybiometrics@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
nationalityenquiries@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
FurtherNationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
Char (CR001 not Casa)

After emailing HO last week to tell them if they send biometrics for my son they confirmed it was sent two days after receiving my application. Then I asked if they can send replacement letter because original has been lost by Royal mail, but they replied "Yes, this was the biometric letter.Thank you".
Its either me who cannot understand something or they don't understand?

Have to write them today again. Here is another email I used

Final update for future reference - after emailing to NationalitySupportTeamFMT@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk one more time, they said letter was held for quality check and new letter will be send soon. Today I received 2 letters - one dated 6th of October with wrong surname spelling(5 letters in surname) and one recent with correct details.
