No Exit History, Re-entering in UK

Hi, I came to UK back in 2011 as Tier 4 Student. Although I didn't continue my Study and went to France with my friends by Road. There was no exit check while I left UK so I believe UKBA doesn't know when I left. I left UK in April, 2012 ( I had visa till March 2013). I didn't stay in France also and came back to Bangladesh.
Point to be noted: I didn't use my original passport when I came to Bangladesh from France. ( created new temporary passport, no immigration seal from Exit and Entry). So my original passport is still untouched where I got UK student Visa.

Currently I did my study with a UK university by Distance learning method and I want to join my Convocation in UK. Also later on I want to continue my further study by getting Tier 4 student visa again.

So what's the possibility for getting new General Visit / Tier 4 visa?
Did I commit any immigration Offence by leaving UK in that Way?
Can I reapply for Visa ?
